To ensure a suitable and bias-free process, we have integrity resources so that the company can follow the person's steps in carrying out the evaluations.
Where to find it?
On the screen for creating a new assessment, you will find a "Integrity" tab, as shown below:
Health features are divided into:
1 - Evaluation: These are functions that help control the resources available to the candidate in the evaluation.
Hide Score: Enabling this feature hides the score for the person on the assessment results screen.
Shuffle: Each person who takes the assessment will see the questions in a random order when they enable this feature.
Hide titles: The titles of the questions will be hidden from the person when taking the assessment.
2 - Browser: These are features for monitoring the execution of the test.
Track and Copy/Paste: This feature will help you visualize the code pasted into the candidate report. We recommend enabling this option to catch any inappropriate behavior during testing.
Supervision of guides: Enabling this setting will allow you to track whether the candidate has left the tab during the test.
Fullscreen mode: Enabling this setting will allow you to track whether the candidate has exited full-screen mode during the test.
Second Screen Detector: Identifies any external monitors that are connected to assessments performed in Google Chrome.
Fullscreen mode: Enabling this setting will allow you to track whether the candidate has exited full-screen mode during the test.
Show Warning: Enabling this feature when available will alert the candidate if they attempt to copy/paste code from other sources. We recommend keeping this option turned off to detect candidates who want to cheat the assessment, or in the case of full-screen mode, it will alert the person when it detects that they have left the current tab of the assessment.
3 - Camera: This feature allows you to monitor the candidate during the evaluation by imaging resources.
Image supervision: This option will require the person to turn on their webcam before starting the test. We take photos periodically during the test and you will be able to view them in the person report.
Photo Identifier: Enabling this will require the person to take a photo at the start of the test.
Soon we will also have the AI plagiarism detection feature, and activating this feature detects if a person has received help from an external source. This feature uses artificial intelligence. Customers are responsible for any laws that apply to them when using this feature.
The platform is already configured with some options checked, but it is possible to standardize the resources for each evaluation.
