Understand the History of Integrity
Updated over 2 months ago

By enabling the integrity features in your assessment, you can check each candidate's history on the results screen. There are two ways to view this information: through the "see more" field or through the "integrity" tab, as shown in the example below.

In the integrity chart, it is possible to check the number of suspicious activities found in the assessment.

When you open your history, the following information will be displayed:

  • Device Used: Type and model of the device used by the candidate.

  • Local: Approximate location of where the test was performed.

  • Always-on full-screen mode?: Indication of whether the candidate has kept the test in full-screen mode.

  • Did you always keep the mouse in the evaluation?: Check if the mouse was consistently used in the evaluation.

  • Populated from a single IP address?: Indicates whether the test was performed from a single IP.

  • Copy/Paste Behavior Detected?: Detects if there were attempts to copy and paste during the test.

If the "photo identification" option is enabled, an image of the candidate will be recorded at the start of the test. If the "image supervision" option is checked, additional images will be captured during the test run and will also be available in the history.

The history records all the actions of the candidate during the execution of the tests, from the beginning to the end of the evaluation.

Whenever a suspicion is identified, it will be highlighted with a red mark for review by the evaluators, as shown below.

When a "copy and paste" behavior is identified, you can view the copied content to assess whether the action compromises the integrity of the test taker's test, as shown in the following example:

Importantly, the integrity system serves as a guide for review reviewers to have more information when making decisions regarding each candidate. Not every suspicion indicates an attempt at fraud on the part of the candidate, so it is essential to carefully review the history.
