Understand how your integration can work

Company Vision

  1. Publish

The first step is to publish the deal with the "pipeline name" Pipeline settings set in the Recrut.ai. To do this, it is necessary to copy the opportunity code, as shown in the following screen:

2. Create the Review

The second step is the creation of the evaluation using the template defined on the Coodesh platform.

When creating the assessment, define the name with the internal default with the opportunity code to facilitate search and later, specify the career that will be evaluated and the language of the evaluation.

3. Integration

In the Settings tab, search for "Integrations" and job identifier, clone the Recrut.ai opportunity code to activate the integration of automatic invitations from candidates in the "Technical Test" stage.

4. Invitation Email

Customize the Invitation email in the "Emails" Tab to explain why the person is receiving the email from the Coodesh platform:

Upon receiving an application and being moved to the "Technical Test" stage, the Recrut.ai platform automatically sends Coodesh the person who should receive an invitation for evaluation, an example of the invitation list already sent:

5. Results

The results of the evaluation can be found in the candidate's comments.

Example comment: Beta User obtained 10% success in the Frontend React.js evaluation - IVKM6M.

Tests:

Vision of candidates

  1. Invitation

The candidate will receive the following email with the auto-login link, that is, they will not need to perform any steps added to the platform to start the evaluation.

2. Evaluation

By clicking on the "See evaluation", the screen will be directed to start the tests, for this it is necessary to accept the terms, as shown in the following screen:

The next step is to solve and finalize the tests requested in the evaluation and submit.

3. Feedback

An optional step that candidates can take is to leave feedback following the Likert scale from Very Dissatisfied to Very Satisfied on the evaluation:

At the end of the evaluation we have a redirect to the URL configured in the integration:
