Understand the simplified flow

In general terms, the integration flow between an Application Tracking System (ATS) and Coodesh can be divided into several steps:

  1. Evaluation Configuration at Coodesh:

You start by setting up the assessments on the Coodesh platform. Each one has a public link that can be accessed by candidates.

  • Go to the Coodesh platform and go to the reviews configuration section.

  • Specify the parameters of the tests you want, such as duration, type of assessment, and other necessary requirements. Learn more by visiting this link.

The created assessment will have a public link that can be used within the Application Tracking System (ATS), either in the settings of the vacancy offered or in the email templates. Once configured, the ATS platform will be able to send notification to candidates, display the test access link on the screen, etc.

2. Candidates access the assessments

Candidates access the assessments through the public links provided by Coodesh. They can then take the proposed tests by entering their name and email to advance in the evaluation process. At this point they will receive the instructions indicated in the assessment, confirm configured by the person who created it.

3. Evaluations by the Candidates:

Candidates complete the assessments according to the established instructions and deadlines. During this process, Coodesh may track relevant data, such as the time it takes each candidate to complete a test and information that the company may activate for in our test health test.

4. Sending Data to the ATS:

At the end of the challenge, the results are sent to your Application Tracking System (ATS) if there is active and configured integration between Coodesh and the ATS platform and this is usually done by a programmatic integration using APIs.

Note: The candidates' results will also be available on the Coodesh platform, and can be viewed and shared with other people in the company.

4.1. Data Processing by ATS:

Your ATS will receive the results of the challenges, and you can process this data to extract essential information such as the candidate's total grade, the time it took to complete.

4.2. Storage of Results in the ATS:

The processed results are stored in your ATS. This creates a structured record of candidates' interactions with assessments. If there are no fields dedicated to recording the grade and test statistics, the information will be saved in the form of comments in the candidate's application history.

5. Feedback to Candidates:

Based on the results, you can provide automatic feedback to candidates, telling them the total grade, time taken, and any other relevant information. This can be done automatically by your system if it supports this type of notification.

6. Communication with Candidates:

Depending on the candidates' performance, you can choose to move forward with the recruitment process, send additional feedback, or end the process, all integrated with your ATS.

In summary, this flow integrates Coodesh with your ATS, allowing for more effective management of recruitment challenges, from initial setup to outcome-based decision-making
