When inviting talent to respond to a review on the Coodesh platform, the results will be presented for consideration. For each talent, a graph will be displayed on the results home screen, as follows:
The results will be presented considering the last 6 months. The general information about the evaluation is separated into:
Total results: Sum of the results delivered, without considering the new attempts made by the participants.
Average score: Overall average of the unique results of the tests taken by the candidate.
Average response time: Average response time for unique results.
In the graph, the number of deliveries is separated by day or month.
Overall and Test Scoring
In Coodesh assessments, it is possible to check the score in two ways:
By individual test or
By the overall score, which is the weighted average of all the tests performed.
1 - Score by Test
You can find the individual result of each test in the "Results" > "Score" tab. The score is automatically generated through artificial intelligence for the following types of tests:
Questionnaire
Multiple Choice
Programming
For tests that require manual review, the grade must be assigned by the reviewer.
These tests include:
Free Text
Audio
Video
Archive
Whiteboard
Important:
Soft Skills tests do not have a score.
For design testing, you can choose between automatic or manual review.
2. Overall Score
The final or overall score is calculated by a weighted average of the results of each test. Tests that require manual review are not counted until the grade is set by the reviewer.
The Weighted Arithmetic Average is used when some elements are more relevant than others. In this average, the elements are multiplied by their respective weights.
