When inviting talent to respond to a review on the Coodesh platform, the results will be presented for consideration. For each talent, a graph will be displayed on the results home screen, as follows:
The results will be presented considering the last 6 months. The general information about the evaluation is separated into:
Total results: Sum of the results delivered, without considering the new attempts made by the participants.
Average score: Overall average of the unique results of the tests taken by the candidate.
Average response time: Average response time for unique results.
In the graph, the number of deliveries is separated by day or month.
Overall and Test Scoring
In Coodesh assessments, it is possible to check the score in two ways:
By individual test or
By the overall score, which is the weighted average of all the tests performed.
1 - Score by Test
You can find the individual result of each test in the "Results" > "Score" tab. Each test is scored in one of three ways:
Automatically: Questionnaire, Multiple choice, Coding, SQL and Spreadsheet, from the right answers or the test cases.
By the AI: Free text, Audio, Video, File, Whiteboard, Conversational interview, Free coding, Project and Remote IDE, when the question has review criteria and Grade with AI is on. While the AI grades, the test shows as Processing.
By the reviewer: the same types, when the question has no criteria, when Grade with AI was turned off, or when the AI can't grade the answer.
Important:
Soft Skills tests do not have a score.
2. Overall Score
The final or overall score is calculated by a weighted average of the results of each test. While a test is with the AI or awaiting manual review, the overall score is partial and changes after grading. The Score card shows how high it can go.
The Weighted Arithmetic Average is used when some elements are more relevant than others. In this average, the elements are multiplied by their respective weights.
