Understanding the results of the evaluations
Updated over a week ago

After the candidates answer the evaluations (Questionnaire, Programming or Project), the person responsible for the vacancy must understand the result to proceed to the next stage of the selection process.

In the case of the "Questionnaire", the result is quite objective. It gives a general rate of utilization. For example, tests with results higher than 75% entitle professionals to a certificate, indicating that this is a satisfactory result.

In relation to the "programming" test and the "project", it is necessary to evaluate the overall result and other requirements, such as the choices made by the candidate, the response time, the candidate's commitment, among other items.

In addition, the tests can be interpreted through the platform's charts.

We've already talked about the graphs, but in summary, you need to click on the individual card to check information such as the date of the invitation, the date of the challenge, the number of tests solved, the time of completion of each test and the total time used in the evaluation package.

The total score is highlighted and, next to it, the average performance graph of the other participants, where the vertical line refers to the number of candidates, and the horizontal line to the score. The platform automatically indicates the candidate's compatibility percentage.

See the step by step:

  • Click on the name of the assessment;

  • Click on "Results" at the top of the page;

  • Click on the candidate's name;

  • Look at the graph and analyze individual performance.
