For each evaluation result that is unlocked for the person's performance consultation, a credit is used.
Therefore, to unlock the result of a person's assessment, you will see the following steps:
Click on the created test (for example: Assessment Frontend);
Then, the results page will appear with the people column, the score, the date of submission and the end date; Then, you will see the column of actions, such as unlocking the result;
From that point, you must click "unlock". By accessing this unlock button, you will be spending a credit. Thus, the platform will display the following pop-up:
The number of credits available will vary according to the plan contracted by the company. By clicking on "unlock", you will be able to check the test answered by the person and have access to their performance.
