Credits are the currency of the Coodesh platform. You use the same balance for assessments, sourcing, shortlists and certifications. Each feature uses a fixed number of credits per candidate, so what an assessment costs depends on the tools you turn on.

What is always free
Test invitations. Sending an invitation does not use credits.
Questionnaires without integrity features. If you turn on integrity features in a questionnaire (proctoring, ID verification or liveness check), each feature you turn on is charged as shown in the table above.
Credits add up per candidate
When an assessment combines features, the cost per candidate is the sum of all of them. A coding test with proctoring and ID verification uses 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 credits per candidate.

How your balance works
Shared: credits belong to the company account, not to each user. All users draw from the same balance.
Annual plan: you get the credits for the whole year and use them at your own hiring pace.
Monthly plan: the balance renews every month.
Daily limits per user
Each user has a daily invitation limit based on the plan:

Example: on the Scale plan, to invite 80 candidates on the same day, two users split the invitations (50 + 30). With a single user, the invitations take two days.
Recruiter (sourcing) users also have a daily limit of AI searches.

FAQ
Does sending an invitation use credits?
No. Test invitations are always free. They only count toward the user's daily invitation limit.
I turned on proctoring in a questionnaire. How much does it cost?
The questionnaire stays free and proctoring uses 1 credit per candidate. If you also turn on ID verification and the liveness check, the total is 3 credits per candidate.
Does each user have their own balance?
No. The balance belongs to the account and is shared by all users.
Do sourcing, shortlists and certifications also use credits?
Yes. How many credits these features use depends on your plan and is listed in your commercial proposal.
