What's new at Coodesh — Q2 2026 (April to June)

The second quarter of 2026 was our most feature-rich so far. We evolved the platform across three fronts that directly impact your hiring process and your team's skills management: voice interviews with AI and built-in background checks, more accurate and

Voice interviews in the AI Interviewer

The AI Interviewer now conducts conversational voice interviews in real time. The conversation feels natural: candidates can interrupt, the AI knows when to listen, and if the connection drops, the session reconnects automatically without losing history. Recruiters can follow a live transcript, and interviews can include knockout topics — criteria that end the process when not met.

What this solves for you:

  • Scale the interview stage without adding workload to your recruiting team.

  • A candidate experience much closer to a real conversation.

  • Every session is recorded and transcribed — recruiters review whenever they want, and the final decision always stays with a person.

Background Check: candidate screening without leaving the platform

A new background verification module built into your assessments, with ID validation and a complete PDF report. Verification credits are purchased directly on the platform, with a dedicated quota.

What this solves for you:

  • Removes a manual step (and an extra vendor) from your hiring process.

  • A standardized report, centralized alongside the candidate's other results.

More accurate assessments: Adaptive Testing, sections, and introduction step

Three upgrades to the assessment engine:

  • Adaptive Testing (CAT) in FAST assessments: question difficulty adjusts to the candidate's performance throughout the test, with a progression chart in the report.

  • Assessment sections: split an assessment into blocks, each with its own weight in the final score.

  • Introduction question: a video step where candidates introduce themselves, with configurable duration and attempts.

What this solves for you:

  • Fairer and shorter assessments: each person is measured at their real level, with fewer questions.

  • Harder to game and easier to structure by competency.

  • You get to know the candidate beyond the score, right at screening.

Skills Intelligence: competencies, endorsements, and exports

Your team's skills mapping gained a full management layer:

  • Skill Groups (Competencies): group skills into competencies linked to your company's career paths — from question creation to results distribution.

  • Endorsements with history: endorse Skills Map answers with author and date, and browse the version history of each analysis.

  • Redesigned results: a new three-tab view with automatic saving of your work.

  • CSV export and per-person statistics: export maps and user lists, and explore individual statistics with drill-down.

What this solves for you:

  • Career paths and workforce planning that speak the language of your role structure.

  • Traceability and governance: you know what changed, when, and who validated it.

  • Skills data flows out of the platform and into your HR analytics.

Your account, organized your company's way

  • Workspaces (sub-accounts): segment people and assessments by area, business unit, or brand, each with its own filters, invitations, and permissions.

  • Custom level scale: define your company's seniority levels and see that scale applied to questions, library, radar, and certificates.

  • Customizable glossary (Business and Enterprise plans): rename product terms to your company's internal terminology — on screen and in exports.

What this solves for you:

  • Large or multi-brand operations stop competing for a single account: each area sees only what concerns it.

  • Reports and certificates in the language your leadership and HR already use — less friction in adoption.

Enterprise security and access

A set of improvements built for the IT and security requirements of mid-size and large companies:

  • Sign in with Microsoft (SSO): use corporate Microsoft accounts on assessments and the dashboard.

  • Enhanced SSO/SAML: corporate login now also on assessment screens, with assisted domain migration.

  • Scoped API keys: integrations with granular permissions — each key accesses only what it needs.

  • Invitations restricted to corporate email for administrative roles, honoring the domains configured by your company.

  • Mandatory proctoring acknowledgment: candidates confirm integrity and webcam rules before starting an assessment.

  • Expired session without lost work: if a session expires mid-assessment, re-authentication happens in place, preserving everything already done.

What this solves for you:

  • Adoption within your company's security and identity policies, with no exceptions for your IT team.

  • More result integrity and fewer support tickets from stuck candidates.

Other improvements

  • Invite candidates in bulk or via link, in addition to individual email invitations.

  • Jobs with external links: publish roles hosted outside Coodesh with click tracking and automatic UTM tagging.

  • View Office attachments (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) directly in the browser, no download needed.

  • Support for mathematical formulas in questions — ideal for engineering, data, and finance assessments.

  • Status filters (invited / started / answered) and search in scorecards.

  • Faster screens across the product, especially in listings, searches, and career maps.
