What to find in the Library?
The Coodesh Library is a dynamic repository with more than 6,000 questions and 400 pre-configured tests. Currently, all questions on the platform feature automated scoring, ensuring agility in the selection process.
1. Filtering by Type
The "Type" filter allows you to select the technical or behavioral competency you wish to validate in the candidate. This segmentation is essential for aligning the test with the job scope:
Programming Skills: Focused on algorithmic logic, data structures, and practical problem-solving. It evaluates proficiency in specific languages and the ability to write functional code.
Software Skills: Measures mastery of external tools indispensable for daily tasks, such as design, editing, or productivity software.
Database / SQL: Evaluates the ability to build queries, manipulate data volumes, and understand relational and non-relational database architectures.
System Design: Geared toward senior levels, testing the candidate's systemic vision in designing scalable, secure, and high-availability architectures.
Cognitive Ability: Assesses logical reasoning and mental agility, serving as a strong predictor of how quickly a candidate learns and adapts to new challenges.
Situational Judgment: Presents real-world workplace scenarios to measure decision-making, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Personality and Culture: Based on methodologies like DISC or BIG FIVE, it maps behavioral profiles and cultural fit with company values.
Language: Grammar proficiency and comprehension tests. Essential for roles requiring direct communication in English or Spanish.
Specific Role: Niched questions for business areas such as Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, or Customer Success, focusing on industry processes and KPIs.
2. Filtering by Format
The "Format" defines how the candidate interacts with the platform.
Multiple Choice: Individual theoretical questions with objective alternatives. Allows for shuffling options and changing answer weights. [Learn how to create a question].
Questionnaire: A grouped set of theoretical questions for a comprehensive technical assessment. Supports random and adaptive questions. [Learn how to create a questionnaire question].
Programming: The candidate writes code in an integrated IDE, and scoring is done in real-time through automated unit tests. [Learn how to create a programming question].
Free Programming: Coding focused on style and organization without the rigidity of automatic unit tests, allowing for subsequent subjective technical analysis.
Project: An in-depth evaluation where the candidate develops a structured or complete solution and submits a full repository of the presented case. [Learn how to create a project question].
Whiteboard: An interactive interface for drawing diagrams, flowcharts, or system architectures. [Learn how to create a whiteboard question].
Video / Audio: The candidate records their response in audio or video format. Ideal for evaluating communication, posture, and fluency in other languages. [Learn how to create a video and/or audio question].
Free Text / Essay: Open-ended response for analyzing writing ability, argumentation, and synthesis. [Learn how to create a free text question].
File: The candidate must upload a file containing the result of their task or project. [Learn how to create a file question].
3. Additional Filters
To refine your search, you can combine types and formats with:
Language: Filter questions available in Portuguese, English, or Spanish to ensure the test aligns with the official language of the position.
Level: Categories including Beginner, Practitioner (Intermediate), and Advanced.
Careers and Skills: More than 30 careers (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data, etc.) and hundreds of technologies (Python, React, AWS).
My Library
You can create your own custom questions in the "My Library" tab. To maintain quality and clarity for the candidate, defining review criteria is a mandatory step during creation.
When creating a new question in any format, it is mandatory to fill in the review criteria. This step is fundamental to guide the evaluation and enable automated scoring by the platform, ensuring the candidate's performance is measured accurately. [Check here how to activate automated review criteria].
