What is onboarding?

It is the process that the user goes through after registering on the platform for the first time. This flow aims to provide guidance on the career you want to pursue, skills, experiences, communities, socio-demographic issues, diversity, career moment, languages, causes you support, social networks and academic background.

What is assessment?

It's a package of challenges. It comprises the following tests: Questionnaire, Programming, Project, Behavioral Mapping and Scorecard.

The challenges are made individually and generate individual certificates for users, based on the concept of feedback and continuous improvement. In addition, we deliver benefits (related vacancies when it is a Coodesh challenge, and not private) according to the challenge. That is, the challenger does not need to fulfill all the requirements of the combo to receive rewards.

Check out the explanation of each feature below:

Questionnaire: these are quick challenges, aimed at the theoretical and practical validation of the level defined in that skill (stack);

Programming test: challenge of executing small pieces of code in order to evaluate the ability to solve, speed and technical knowledge in a given technology.

Project: these are back-end, front-end, or full-stack projects so that the challenger can show all their knowledge and execution capacity. It is in this that the challenger must show good practices, ability to execute and deliver everything that was requested. The project gives clarity to the challenger's ability on a daily basis.

Scorecard: these are self-assessments of the challenger's hard skills. It is through it that we identify the candidate's main and secondary skills and, based on this, we recommend the most varied tests to validate the competencies.

Behavioral test: these are the tests to define the behavioral profile of the challenger at that moment. We recommend that you redo it every 3 months to keep your profile up to date.

What is pre-candidacy?

It is the screen where the candidate obtains detailed information about a vacancy and is able to make his pre-application. When making this pre-application, your profile is shared with the recruiter, however, it is visible in the lower positions of the vacancy ranking. In order for the candidate to complete their application completely, they must complete at least 70% (it is open) of the vacancy requirements, which may involve an updated behavioral test, scorecard, and one or all types of challenges.
