Through the Talent Feed , you can find and invite talent to participate in your processes, inviting them to your vacancy.

First, you need to search for compatible profiles, when you find the adhering candidate, you can send an invitation.

After applying the filters, the profiles corresponding to your search will appear. By clicking on the candidate's card (which is on the left side), you will be able to view the candidate's answers to questions, such as:

Then appear the behavioral test and Scorecard reports (a self-assessment of your stacks);

Now you will see how to invite the candidate to your vacancy. Just click on the "Send Invitation" button next to the person's name.

Then, select the vacancy and click on "submit". Thus, the candidate will receive an invitation to this vacancy in his email.
