When you create assessments on the Coodesh Assessments platform, you can invite candidates or professionals from the talent feed.
There are currently three ways to carry out this process:
Invite through the platform with your name and email;
Invite by shareable link;
Invite candidates in batch;
See below the step-by-step of each of these modalities.
Inviting through the platform with name and email
If you have the name and email of the person you want to invite, you have two options to access the invitation menu, either from the list of reviews or by opening the review you want to invite.
To invite from the list of reviews:
Next to the name of the assessment, click on the three dots;
Go to "Invite".
Or enter the review you want to invite, on the upper right side of the screen you will find the "invite" field.
In both cases, the following screen will open to fill in the invitation data.
Fill in the name and email field;
If you prefer, add more invited people, just click on the "+ Add People". (you can add as many people as you want)
Save and continue.
This process will create your invitation, but it will not send it, it will be available in the invitations tab to send later. If you already want to send, on the following screen, click on invite.
Invite with a shareable link
To invite a candidate through a compatible link, you also have the option to invite from the list of evaluations, for this go to the three dots "share"
Or open your reviews and in the right corner of the screen click on "share".
In both cases, the following screen will open:
Click on the link number, it is created and automatically copied to the clipboard. With the copied link, you can invite the desired talents to the channel that you think is best. To finish, click on "Confirm".
Observation: This link is valid for multiple people, which means it can be shared with all candidates interested in the vacancy, without the need to generate an individual link for each one.
Using bookmarks in your shareable link
When creating a shareable link, you can include bookmarks to track the source of the talent that is responding to your assessment.
Access the "Invite" link, within your evaluation;
Choose the "With link" option;
In the source field, include the label you want, as in the example below.
You can check the origin of the talents in the results tab, or in the "People evaluated" tab.
Invite candidates in bulk at Coodesh
To invite people in bulk is simple, go to: assessment, my assessments, choose the assessment you want to invite.
Click "invite"
Choose the "batch" tab - The evaluation will be selected automatically;
On this screen you can download our file to ensure that the file contains the required fields.
Note.: The limitation is 1000 invitations per batch.
Important:
Follow the correct nomenclature of the fields. If your file has more columns, the system will only fetch what is necessary for the invitations.
Supported files are: csv and xlsx
Just upload the file in the indicated field and save and continue.
On the following screen, all the guests will be listed and just click on "invite" to send the invitations.
