Understand the status of the applications
Updated over a week ago

On the initial panel, go to "applications" and on one of the candidates, click on "see application". On the left, there will be the "Candidate status" field, and just below the current status of this candidate.

To change it, click on the arrows that appear next to the current status, and choose from the options.

You, as a recruiter, don't have to go through all the available status alternatives, so only use the ones that make sense for your selection process.

The available statuses are:

Pending:

  • When the candidate finishes his application on the platform, the first status that will appear will be pending.

  • It means that the profile of the same has not yet been evaluated by any recruiter.

Entered the Screening:

  • Candidate who entered the vacancy, received the initial evaluation of the recruiter in charge and is in the process of delivering the initial forms (scorecard and behavioral mapping), and if he has already responded, he received an invitation for an interview, but has not yet scheduled.

Fit Interview:

  • Candidate with potential evaluated by the recruiter. In this case, he already has an initial cultural fit interview and has the vacancy scheduled.

Tech Challenge:

  • Submitted the tech challenge for resolution (see tutorial here).

  • The recommended deadline for the challenge is up to 5 days.

  • This feature is usually requested for junior and full level candidates.

Technical Review:

  • When the candidate delivers the tech challenge and someone from the company's technical team is reviewing it.

Technical Interview:

  • Interview to assess the candidate's technical skills.

Awaiting Final Decision:

  • The candidate is awaiting the company's decision on hiring.

Dropout:

  • Candidate who has withdrawn from the process at some point, for whatever reason.

Reproved:

  • When the candidate does not meet the requirements of the vacancy or is disqualified for some reason.
