Scorecard
The Scorecard is a self-assessment that the candidate performs. It shows the candidate's level of knowledge regarding the stacks requested in the vacancy. The result is visible to both the developer and the tech recruiter.
Understand the level of knowledge in each technical skill:
None - does not present any knowledge;
Basic - is a beginner or enthusiast in the area;
Practitioner - works with the resource on a daily basis, but still has supervision;
Advanced - masters stack knowledge and supervises the work of others on the team.
Behavioral Mapping
The field reveals the behavioral profile of the candidate at the current moment. After the
even if the candidate answers the test, he will have mapped out, in about 5
minutes, with more than 50 professional behavioral information.
The platform provides the test result and also indicates which features are most
important profiles, allowing a complete analysis of the candidate. The profiles are:
Executor;
Communicator;
Planner;
Analyst.
Analysis of the interview
In this field, the tech recruiter leaves his opinion on the interview with the candidate. Here you can write observations taken from the interview, such as soft skills, alignment with the vacancy, professional experience, among others.
Analysis of technical challenges
In this field, the tech recruiter will be able to analyze the technical challenge made by the candidate directly on the platform.
Just click on the three dots and go to "Add" and check the pop-up fields;
Select the type of screening;
Choose the type of challenge (whether Back-end, Front-end, etc.);
Inform the name of the solution, which is the title of the challenge;
Copy and paste the solution link.
If there is more than one technical challenge, just click on the "+" button;
Once you have done these steps, click on the "Save" button.
Presentations
Here you can include presentations by the candidates themselves, made in the loom.
Activities
It works as a history of that candidacy. If the status changes, if the candidate responds to the scorecard or behavioral mapping, if the tech recruiter changes something in the application, etc., it will appear in the history.
It is also possible to make comments within the platform itself to facilitate communication, being able to tag others responsible for the vacancy with an "@". The comments are available to all recruiters who have access to that application.
