To be able to use this feature, let's go to some application. You can do this through the initial "applications" panel or by going to a specific vacancy and accessing their applications.

On the application screen, the candidate's name will appear and just below the vacancy in which he applied. On the right, there will be three buttons, respectively:

Respectively: Copy Application, Move Application, and Share Application

Here we will only address the first two.

Copy application: If your company has another vacancy that a certain candidate also fits, you can copy your application for this other opportunity. All the data that was answered by the candidate will be kept, and he will be able to participate in both processes.

Move application: If you want to move a candidate to another vacancy that has more to do with your profile. He will only participate in the other vacancy.
