The possible statuses for the vacancies are:

In progress: The vacancy is published and accepting applications.

Frozen: The vacancy no longer accepts applications, but the recruiter can still move candidates who were already registered.

Archived: The vacancy was closed.

Draft: Recruiter has not yet posted the vacancy.

Canceled: Vacancy has been canceled/frozen.

To change the status, go to "manage vacancy", scroll to the bottom of the "status" field
