Coodesh's solution allows you to apply the evaluation via platform and analyze the answers to make decisions based on the performance of the employee and the team.
To understand the results, you should go to My Dashboard - Reviews. From there, click on the name of the review you want to analyze.
Go to Results. You will see the list of names of the collaborators. In the line of the employee's name there will be:
Score: percentage of total correct answers in the challenges
Date of shipment
Completion date
Finally, there will be the options for actions, such as View and Share Link.
Clicking on view, you will see a complete mapping of how the employee did in the tests. There is information such as the tests not completed on time and the time dedicated to each challenge.
Click Preview to expand the individual test result. In this field, you will also find the actions that are necessary for the employee to improve their performance in technologies based on the answers they got wrong.
That way, you have an action plan suggested by the platform itself, without the need to create new knowledge trails.
If the candidate has taken a code test, it is in this space that you will see the evaluation and the video recorded by him (by the Loom platform that is integrated into the platform) with a self-explanation of how he performed the challenge.
