With the evaluations already answered by your employees within the platform, you can interpret the results to make decisions.
You need to go to the diagnosis and click on the name of the test. From there, a screen will open with the recorded results.
Highlighted, you can see:
Number of people: indicates how many people responded;
Skills: shows the number of skills chosen;
Average profiles per level: a colored ruler contains the percentages of profiles with basic, practitioner and advanced level.
Below you can see more details. The first column is skills, followed by disposition, percentage, and people.
You can slide your cursor over the ruler and identify people who are basic, practicing, or advanced.
From there, you can make decisions, such as working all the people who are at the basic level. It is possible to do a technical validation work with each of them to better understand what the existing gaps are.
In the case of advanced levels, for example, it is possible to test them to confirm if they really have this level of knowledge.
