Overview of diagnostics
Updated over a week ago

You have already created your team in Coodesh Skills and now you can start your diagnoses, which are the skill mappings of each team member. Remembering that, with all the answers mapped, it is possible to identify the general level of the team, its strengths and weaknesses to stay in the learning.

  • Go to People Management (in the menu on the left);

  • Click Diagnostics.

From there, you will see the screen with all the necessary information. At the top, you'll see:

  • Total number of diagnoses answered;

  • Number of diagnoses answered in the last week;

  • Number of diagnoses answered in the last month.

Next to this tile, you'll see a PivotChart showing the diagnoses answered in the last six months.

Just below, you have the panel with the list of diagnoses created, the number of people who responded, the number of skills evaluated by each employee, who created the diagnosis, the date of creation and the respective actions:

  • Visualize;

  • Invite;

  • Edit;

  • File.

You can create a test with a team member, registered as a user, to better visualize how the results screen works.

By clicking on the name of the assessment, such as: Front-end, you will see:

  • The number of people who responded;

  • The number of skills defined;

  • The average profiles by level (i.e., the percentage of people with basic, practicing, or advanced knowledge) in a colored bar for easy viewing.

Just below this table, you will have detailed information about the employee with the respective skills mapping, such as 60% advanced level in skill A and 40% basic level in skill B.

It is still possible to change the way you view it (by changing the icon above the diagnosis name) and edit invitations (by going to 'invitations' next to the word 'results') by selecting one or more people.
