The Coodesh Skills platform also enables the behavioral assessment of its employees. To analyze soft skills, you just need to invite employees to answer the questionnaires and analyze the results.
First, go to Soft Skills in the left menu;
Then click on the main bar and type the name of the collaborator;
Send the invitation. The employee will be notified by the platform.
Remember that you can invite as many employees as you want.
