You can invite team members to participate in a skill map directly from the Coodesh Skills platform.
Go to Skills > Skill Maps, open the desired map, and click the "Invite people" button.
By user
To invite a few people, this is the quickest option. Fill in the following fields:
Full name (required)
Email (required)
Click "Save and continue" to send the invitations.
Bulk upload
To invite many participants at once, click the "Bulk" tab and follow the steps:
Download the template file from this link;
Open a spreadsheet editor such as Excel or Google Sheets;
Fill in participants following the template.
The bulk file has the following fields:
Email (email) (required)
Full name (name) (required)
Upload the CSV file. The system will review it and display how many participants can be invited.
Click "Save and continue" to send the invitations.
