Integration Settings

The Integration Settings page brings together the connection configurations between your workspace and external systems (such as ATS) and Coodesh's Skills module. To access it, go to Workspace > Integrations.

Integration Keys

Integration keys are authentication tokens that allow you to connect Coodesh with external tools, such as ATS systems. To create a new key, click the New Key button in the top right corner.

Each key displays the following information:

  • Name — the key's identifier, defined by you at the time of creation.

  • Integration key — the generated token, partially shown for security purposes.

  • Used on — date of last use. Displays - if the key has never been used.

  • Created on — date the key was generated.

  • Actions — menu with key management options.

You can also use the Search field or apply Filters to find a specific key in the list.

Skills

In this section you configure how the Skills module behaves in your workspace. After making any changes, click Save to apply them.

Generate Softskills Invitations

When enabled, the platform automatically sends invitations for collaborators to complete the Softskills assessment when they create an account or accept an invitation to access Coodesh. This option is on by default, but can be turned off if you prefer to control that sending manually.

Activate Onboarding Flow

With this option enabled, workspace users go through a mandatory onboarding flow right after activating their account. It comes enabled by default and can be turned off if that flow isn't needed in your operation.

Within the onboarding flow, there are two additional settings:

  1. Activate communities in onboarding Allows the user to choose which communities they belong to during onboarding. Enabled by default — turn it off if you don't use communities.

  2. Diversity declaration in onboarding Allows the user to declare information such as gender identity, sexual orientation, race/color, and disability type during onboarding. Also on by default and can be disabled if your company chooses not to collect this data at that stage.

Multiple Positions per Person

When enabled, a single collaborator can be associated with more than one position at the same time. This option is off by default — turn it on if your organizational structure requires this type of configuration.

Profile Skills Map

Controls the visibility of the skills map for talents. It comes enabled, and while active the map is shown on each talent's profile. Disable it if you'd like to hide that view.

Responsibility Statement

A text field displayed at the beginning of assessments and skills maps. You can customize it with up to 300 characters using the available formatting options (bold, italic, underline). Leave it blank to display no statement.

Default Content for Diagnostic Map Invitation Email

Allows you to customize the email sent to collaborators when a diagnostic map is created. You can choose the content language and edit the text with up to 2,000 characters. If you prefer, leave it blank to use the platform's default template.

To make the email more personal and dynamic, use the variables available under the Variables button:

Variable

What it represents

{{displayName}}

Name of the invited collaborator

{{careerName}}

Name of the career or skills map

{{inviteLink="Link text"}}

Link to access the map (the text in quotes is what appears in the email)

{{companyName}}

Your company's name

Example email using variables:

Hi {{displayName}},  You've been invited to complete the skills map for the career {{careerName}}.  It's quick to fill out and will help us better understand your profile.  {{inviteLink="Access my map"}}  Best regards, {{companyName}}

Organize Maps and Onboarding

Defines how skills maps are structured and what the collaborator chooses during onboarding. There are two options:

  • Journeys (default) — maps are generated by professional journey.

  • Positions — maps are generated by position within the company.

You can change this setting based on how your company organizes careers and teams.
