Developers receive reminders via the platform during the selection process. Learn how to manage them.
Reminders are managed in the "email" menu;
In the first field, the name and email of the person submitting the review will appear;
It is possible to send up to two reminders alerting you to how many days are left until the invitation expires;
Set the deadline for sending the reminder. Example: 3 days (before the invitation expires) and 1 day (before the deadline).
Go to the settings based on the template, entering the subject (according to the type of template) and the message;
The platform already offers default text, but you can customize it if you prefer.
Just remember to update the link to the challenge invitation.
You can choose between:
Invitation: informing that the candidate has been invited to the evaluation;
Reminder: informing that there is still a pending evaluation;
Expired: informing that the invitation has expired and that if there is interest, the candidate should contact the recruiter.
If necessary, add a custom template. This will save you time on future shipments.
In the message field, you can edit the text with:
Words in bold and italics;
Paragraph and titles;
Blockquote (section);
Code;
Bullet points;
Link.
Remember to maintain frequent communication with candidates to provide a good experience to those who are looking for your company.
