Platform Onboarding

When you access the platform for the first time, you'll be taken through the onboarding flow. It's designed to set up your profile and ensure the necessary information is filled in before you start using the platform. The process is divided into steps — move between them by clicking Next.

⚠️ The steps shown may vary depending on your company's configuration. Some screens, such as Communities and Diversity, may not appear for all users.

Step 1 — Personal Information

Fill in your basic profile information:

  • Full name (required)

  • WhatsApp (required) — with country code selection

  • City of residence (required) — select your city from the dropdown menu

Step 2 — Profile Sync

You can fill in your profile automatically from LinkedIn or by uploading your resume as a PDF:

  • LinkedIn — paste your profile link in the indicated field. The platform will extract the data automatically. By confirming, you authorize the processing of your information.

  • Resume — drag your PDF file to the indicated area or click to select it from your device.

After filling in one of the options, click Sync. This step is optional — you can skip it and fill in your profile manually later.

Step 3 — Skills

Indicate the skills you have by searching by name in the Search skill field and selecting the relevant options. Selected skills will appear as tags that can be removed individually by clicking the X.

Next, define your Highlighted Skills — the ones you are most proficient in and would like to highlight on your profile. You can reorder them to indicate which are the most important.

Finally, inform your professional experience by selecting your years of experience from the dropdown menu (e.g. +5 years).

Step 4 — Communities (if available)

If your company uses communities, you'll be able to select the ones you belong to and indicate your relationship with each one (e.g. Enthusiast). This step only appears if enabled by your company.

Step 5 — Diversity (if available)

This step is optional and only appears if enabled by your company. Here you can share diversity information safely and voluntarily:

  • Social causes you support

  • Race/color

  • Gender identity

  • Sexual orientation

  • Disability and need for accommodations

Feel free to answer or select "Prefer not to say" for any field.

Completion — Skills Map

Once you finish onboarding, if there is a pending Skills Map configured by your company, you'll be automatically redirected to complete it. The map is used to classify your profile according to your level in each competency.

See the article How to Complete the Skills Map to learn how to fill it in.
