Take part in a cycle at your company
When your company includes you in a cycle, you get an e-mail for each step: skill maps to answer, an assessment or a request to review your profile. The e-mails arrive in your profile language, and reminders only go out while the step is pending.
My cycles
In Skills > Cycles, the My cycles page shows the open cycles you are part of, their steps, the status of each one and the deadline. The buttons take you to what is left to do:
Answer my maps, when there are skill maps pending;
Take the assessment, when the assessment is open;
Review my profile, in a profile update.
A late step still takes answers until it closes. Once the step closes, the maps of that cycle stop taking answers and the assessment invite expires.
Review your profile
In a profile update, the top of My Profile lists the sections to review and marks the required ones. For each one:
if everything is right, click Confirm as is;
if something needs a fix, edit the section in your profile. An edited section already counts as reviewed.
After the required ones, click Send review. The step shows as finished in My cycles right away.
