While taking an assessment, you may be unsure about a question and prefer to leave it for later. The Mark for review feature lets you flag those questions and easily return to them before submitting the test.
What it is
When you mark a question for review, it gets a visual flag (an orange flag) in the navigation menu. You don't have to remember by heart which questions you want to revisit: the system highlights each one for you.
Your marks are saved to the assessment. If you reload the page or continue on another device, the flagged questions stay marked.
Where it's available
The feature appears while answering assessment questions, such as the Quiz and other sections organized per question. It is not shown in single-answer, multi-step formats like DISC and Soft Skills, nor in presentation steps (for example, a video shown before the question).
How to mark a question
While viewing a question, find the Mark for review button in the question's toolbar.
Click it. The flag fills in and turns orange, and the button label changes to Remove mark.
To undo, click Remove mark again.
On smaller screens, the button may appear in a compact form as Mark and Unmark.
Where marked questions appear
Marked questions are highlighted with an orange dot over the question number in the side navigation menu. Just click the number to jump straight back to that question.
Review before submitting
Before finishing, you have access to the Summary screen, which lists every question with its status:
Question — the question identifier;
Status — whether it is Answered or has No answer;
Flagged — shows the orange flag on the questions you marked;
Action — View or Answer buttons to go straight to the question.
If there are still pending questions, the summary shows the notice: "You still have unanswered questions. Answer them all to submit."
Marking for review is just a navigation aid: it does not block submission nor change your score. Remember to answer all the questions you flagged before finishing, since a flagged question left without an answer earns no points.
Frequently asked questions
Does marking a question change my grade?
No. Marking is only for your own organization. Your score depends solely on your answers.
Do I lose my marks if I reload the page?
No. Marks are saved to the assessment and remain even if you reload or switch devices.
Do I need to unmark questions before submitting?
Not at all. You can submit the assessment with questions still flagged. Just use the Summary screen to check that they have all been answered.
