The Skills Map is a mapping of skills and competencies created by your company to support your professional development. When you receive an invitation to complete it, set aside a few minutes in a quiet moment and answer honestly — the more sincere you are, the more useful the results will be for your growth.
Accessing the Map
You'll receive an invitation email with a direct link to the map. Click the link and, if needed, log in with your credentials. Once you access it, you'll see the map's introduction screen with a brief description of what the Skills Map is.
To get started, check the box "I declare that the information is accurate" and click Answer now.
Completing the Map
The map is organized by skill categories, such as Technical and Behavioral. For each listed skill, select from the dropdown menu the level that best represents your current knowledge:
Level 0 — No prior experience
Level 1 — Basic knowledge
Level 2 — Intermediate knowledge
Level 3 — Advanced knowledge
💡 The number of levels may vary depending on your company's configuration. Read each level's description carefully before selecting.
Your answers are saved automatically as you go — the "Saving..." indicator at the top of the screen confirms this. You can also see the elapsed time and navigate between pages using the Back and Finish buttons.
Finishing
After answering all skills, click Finish. A confirmation message will appear thanking you for your time. Click Close to exit.
Your results will be available for you and your company's administrators to track your development.
