How to respond to Soft-Skills in the assessment?

The soft-skills test aims to gather information about your behavioral profile, by default you will have 10 minutes to answer as honestly as possible.

When filling out the profile, a developer answers the behavioral test. This step is very important for companies to know the candidate's psychological profile and advance in the selection process.

Our test is based on the DISC method, along with other proven methodologies:

  • Dominance (D);

  • Influence (I);

  • Stability (S);

  • Conformity (C).

The candidate will have 10 minutes to answer the test. The time limit is used so that a person does not stop the test and answer later, as this can harm the result. It is recommended to mark more than 6 adjectives.

There are only two questions, when you complete just finish and return to the initial menu of the evaluation to continue the other tests or finish.
