The DISC methodology uses 4 profiles to understand the individual's behavior. They are: Executor, Communicator, Analyst and Planner. We all present the 4 behavioral profiles, with 1, 2 or 3 of these profiles being predominant, which means that they are more intense compared to the others.
Even if 2 people have the same predominant profile, it does not mean that they will present the same behavior, since the intensity of the characteristics of the non-dominant profiles can boost or contain the other characteristics, directly influencing the behavior.
The DISC profile does not serve to label a person's capacity, but rather it is a way to better understand the behavior of employees, their strengths and their points of attention, optimizing the management of people within the company.
