Our test is based on the DISC method, along with other proven methodologies:
Dominance (D);
Influence (I);
Stability (S);
Conformity (C).
To access the test, follow the instructions:
Go to my account;
Open the dashboard;
Click on soft skills;
Go to Answer Now and start your test.
The candidate will have 10 minutes to answer the test. The time limit is used so that the person does not stop the test and answer later, as this can harm the result. It is recommended to mark more than 6 adjectives.
With the test finished, the tech recruiter has access to your behavioral mapping and can use the information in the job interview.
