When you apply for a job or are invited by the company or headhunter, you will follow the following phases:

  • Pre-candidacy;

  • Triage;

  • Final result.

In the pre-application, you can define your contact preferences, such as email and WhatsApp, as well as send a more segmented resume according to the company or vacancy demands.

After that, comes the Scorecard, which is a self-assessment where you score your level of knowledge in the requested stack, ranging from no knowledge, basic, practicing or advanced. The step lasts about 5 minutes.

After the Scorecard, you will answer the behavioral test, which lasts less than 10 minutes. It is an analysis of soft skills based on the DISC methodology.

The next step is to answer the Fast Challenge in the technology where the job is working, such as a language or framework.

After all this, you enter the screening, in which you can be invited to a cultural fit interview, take a new technical test (which can be the Coding Challenge or the Project Challenge) and receive feedback from Coodesh technicians (the steps vary according to the plan contracted by the contracting company).

Finally, you enter the last stage, which is the "Final result", where you can be disapproved (with feedback) or approved and called to the hiring stages.
