The company has already set up the challenges that will be performed by team members based on their performance in the self-assessment.

That way, if you marked that you are Advanced level in a certain technology, such as Java, for example, you will enter the flow of the challenge so that the company can check if your degree of knowledge is compatible with the answer given.

In the same way, if you marked that you are Basic in a certain skill, such as Node.js, the test will be applied to identify what the skill gaps are and what will be the knowledge path to be taken for you to improve.

Generally, companies apply two challenges: a multiple-choice test and a code test. You will receive the notification to respond to reviews with a maximum duration time. For example, 30 minutes for the multiple-choice test (with 20 questions) and 15 minutes for the code test.

Open the first test and answer, finishing the step. Then, test the code, review it, and complete it. You must record a video on the Loom platform explaining your choices.
