The Scorecard is a technical self-assessment test by Coodesh. It points out the developer's level of knowledge regarding certain technologies.

It is the first test that the developer answers when creating their profile on the platform. The Scorecard is a self-assessment in which the candidate informs what his level of knowledge is in the technologies presented.

Among the levels are:

  • None - does not present any knowledge;

  • Basic - is a beginner or enthusiast in the area;

  • Practitioner - works with the resource on a daily basis, but still has supervision;

  • Advanced - masters stack knowledge and supervises the work of others on the team.

Remembering that the Scorecard can be validated with the platform's technical tests, such as Fast Challenge, which is a multiple-choice theoretical assessment, the Coding Challenge, which is a practical code test, and the Project Challenge, which is a complete project. All of them are carried out and analyzed within the seniority of the candidate.
