The Careers tab displays the careers you have been linked to by your company. This is where you can view your professional journey, understand what skills are expected for your position, and see who else is part of the same career.
To access it, click on Careers in the platform's side menu.
Overview
At the top of the screen, three indicators show a summary of your careers:
Careers — total careers you are linked to.
Journeys — total journeys existing in those careers.
People — total talents linked to the same careers.
The list displays each career with the following information:
Career — name and brief description. Click Read more to see the full description.
Created by — person responsible for creating the career.
Status — indicates whether the career is Published or in Draft.
People — avatars of linked talents.
💡 Only careers with Published status are active. Draft careers are still being configured by the company.
Viewing a Career
Click on a career name to see its details. The screen is organized into tabs:
Journeys
Displays the career structure with all available journeys and positions. Each position is represented by a card with the code, name, and number of mapped skills. You can also see which talents are already linked to each position through the avatar shown on the card.
Use the search field, the Journey filter, or the Expand all / Collapse all buttons to navigate the structure.
Position
Clicking on a position opens a side panel showing:
Position name and description.
Skills organized by category (e.g. Technical, Behavioral), with the expected level shown by filled circles.
Expand examples — click to see practical examples for each skill and understand what is expected at each level.
Details on the right panel: Marker (position code), Seniority level, and Vertical level.
Distribution
A matrix view that crosses skills with all positions in the career, allowing you to compare what is expected at each seniority level.
Skills
Complete list of all skills in the career, organized by category.
People Section
People is accessed separately from the side menu under Skills > People — it is not a tab within the career. There you'll find all talents linked to your company's careers, with name, position, location, and account status. Click the three dots next to a talent and select View to access their profile.
