To onboard on the Coodesh platform, you need to follow the following steps:
If you don't have an account created yet:
Access Coodesh.com;
Click on Create Account;
Open the Developer tab;
Enter name, email and password;
Alternatively, you can use authentication through your GitHub, Google, or LinkedIn account.
Accept the terms and conditions;
Click on Sign Up;
From now on, with the account already created, you will fill out your profile. Filling it out is not mandatory, however, with a 100% completed profile you increase your chances of being found by recruiters. Remembering that the platform follows the rules of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law).
Go to Complete Profile;
Look next to your photo for the percentage of filling;
Inform the desired form of hiring (CLT or PJ);
Inform your salary intention;
Say if there is availability for change;
Mark the preferred work format (if it is full-time, for example);
Click on the Add button to enter your personal data and your mini biography;
Inform your current professional moment (if you are looking for a job, for example);
Mark your race/ethnicity; gender and sexual orientation (this is useful for affirmative vacancies), but if you prefer, put "I prefer not to say";
Check if you have any type of disability;
Enter the desired work format (according to the platform's options);
Record your experience in the tech area (moving the line);
Inform which labor regimes you accept to receive proposals from (CLT/PJ);
Tell us which city you currently live in (and if you accept to receive proposals from other locations).
And now let's go to some more important steps of filling out your profile as a tech professional within the Coodesh platform.
Skills: when filling out your profile, complete your skills; just click on the Edit button and do a self-assessment (classify yourself as Basic, Practitioner, Advanced or None in each of the technologies described, such as JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, among others. Once you have completed this self-assessment, click the Submit button.
Professional experience: put your previous experiences, informing the name of the company, position held, location, start/end and what you did in this job. Add as many companies as you need.
Education: inform where you studied.
Projects and portfolios: Describe your key projects, including descriptions and links.
Bootcamps and certificates: similar to the previous one, you must inform about the courses you have attended;
Careers: edit the careers you have worked or work in, such as Front-end and Full-stack. Remember that you can put more than one career. This makes the recruiter's life easier when it comes to searching for your profile.
Contact: Record your contact information, such as email and phone.
Languages: Enter your languages and domain level.
Causes you support: Tell the social causes you stand for so that the recruiter knows your values better.
Communities: Inform communities that you participate in or are passionate about, such as the tech schools you came from.
Social networks: fill in the fields with the links to your profiles on the respective social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, among others).
