The My Account section centralizes all personal settings for your account on the platform. To access it, click on your avatar or username in the side menu. You'll find the following options:
My Profile — view and edit your public profile.
Settings — personal data, contact, and account.
Notifications — email preferences.
Security — password change and linked accounts.
Preferences — language and time zone.
Skills Map — access to your profile's skills map.
Soft Skills — access to your soft skills assessments.
My Profile
The My Profile screen shows how your profile appears to recruiters and managers on the platform. You can view and edit the following sections by clicking Edit on each one:
Photo and main info — name, current role, location, and bio. In the top right corner there are shortcuts to LinkedIn, resume, quick edit, and settings.
Contacts — email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Languages — languages you speak and your level in each.
Highlighted Skills — the key competencies you want to highlight. Add them from the search field and reorder by importance.
Professional Experience — history of roles and companies.
The circular indicator on your profile photo shows your profile completion percentage — the more complete it is, the greater your visibility.
Settings
The Settings screen allows you to edit your personal and contact information. Click Save after any change.
Personal data
Profile photo — click Upload image to add or replace it. Click Remove to delete it.
Full name (required)
Email (required)
Username (required)
Gender (required)
Date of birth (required)
Bio — free text for professional presentation, with advanced formatting support.
Contact
Calendar link — paste your calendar link to make it easier to schedule meetings.
WhatsApp contact (required) — number with country code selection.
Account
Pause / Close account — if you want to temporarily pause or delete your account, click Read more to understand the implications before proceeding.
Notifications
Manage which emails you want to receive from the platform. Enable or disable each option according to your preference:
Updates on new applications — alerts about new applications for jobs where you're enrolled to receive notifications.
Job performance report — email about the progress of open positions, if the company has access permission to the report.
Weekly new talent alert — weekly email with new talents and a report with access to profile data in the talent feed. Enabled by default.
Credits added — emails when credits are added to your company's account. Enabled by default.

Change Password
To update your password, fill in the fields below and click Update Password:

If you've forgotten your current password, click Forgot your password? to receive a reset link by email.
Linked Accounts
Connect or disconnect external accounts to use as quick access methods to the platform:
LinkedIn — use your LinkedIn account to sign in to the platform.
GitHub — use your GitHub account to sign in to the platform.
Google — use your Google account to sign in to the platform. When disabled, quick access via Google will be removed.
Preferences
Defines general display preferences for the platform. Click Save after any change.
Language — select the interface language (e.g. Portuguese, English, Spanish).
Time zone — select your time zone so dates and times are displayed correctly.
Skills Map
Access the skills map linked to your profile. The screen is organized into three tabs:
Profile — shows the result of your profile's skills map. If you haven't completed it yet, click Complete Profile to start.
Jobs — skills maps related to job openings.
Skills Maps — all maps available for you to complete.
