How to Invite and Manage Users in the Workspace

In order for other people in your company to have permission to access the tool, let's access the workspace in the "Manage Users" option:

In the "Users" field, just enter the email of the employee you want to grant the permission and the "permissions" field, you will define which ones they can have access to:

For management profiles, you can also include the permissions:

  • Edit company": Allows the person to make changes to the company's profile.

  • Edit permissions: Allows the person to update permissions that are already associated with them and add new ones.

After setting the permissions, click on the blue "Save" button.

The person on your team will receive an invitation email, and can access with their account on the platform or, if they don't have it yet, they can create their access and already be linked to the workspace.
