To allow other employees from your company to access the platform, you can manage access profiles and individual permissions through the settings menu.
For workspaces with the Skills module activated, we recommend managing users directly through the People page.
1. How to Grant Access
If you have administrator permissions, follow these steps:
Go to the Settings menu (gear icon in the lower-left corner).
Click on Manage users (Gerenciar usuários).
Click the Add (Adicionar) button in the upper-right corner.
Fill in the required fields: Full Name and Email.
Under Access Profile (Perfil de acesso), select the desired category (Administrator, Manager, or User).
Click Save and send invitation.
2. Understanding Access Profiles
The profile defines the "base" level of control a user has on the platform:
Administrator: High-level management profile. Can manage jobs, view results, configure company data, and manage permissions for other users.
Manager: Focused on team or project operations. Has the autonomy to list and manage jobs or processes under their direct responsibility.
User: Operational profile with limited access to basic day-to-day functions, without account management or peer management permissions.
3. Detailed Additional Permissions
Beyond the base profile, you can customize specific actions for each employee using permission tags:
Jobs and Briefings
List and Manage Jobs: View and change the status of open positions.
Create Jobs from Briefings: Convert initial hiring plans into active job postings.
Manage, Edit, and Delete Briefings: Control over requirement documents and search profiles.
Candidates and Results
View Talent Data: Access detailed information and candidate resumes.
Manage and Edit Assessments: Control testing stages, feedbacks, and assigned scores.
Reopen and Manage Results: Allows assessments to be reviewed or adjusted after completion.
System Settings
Edit Company: Change registration data and the organization's public profile.
Edit Permissions: Define the access level of other users within the same workspace.
4. How to Edit Permissions or Status
If you need to change the access of an existing collaborator:
In the user list, locate the person and click the three dots (Actions).
Select Edit.
In the Permissions field, add new roles or remove current ones by clicking the "X" on the tags.
Click Save.
In the Status (Estado) column, the "Invited" (Convidado) status indicates that the activation email has been sent, but the user has not yet logged in for the first time. You can check the date the invite was sent right below the status.
5. Bulk Upload
To add multiple users at once:
Access the Bulk (Em lote) tab within the Manage Users screen.
Download the template file provided.
Fill it out with the requested information and upload the file.
Click Save and continue.
