How to Create an Interview Link on Coodesh

Coodesh allows you to send an interview invitation through the platform. First, as a tech recruiter, you should ask the candidate if they prefer to be approached by:

  • Video call;

  • Phone call;

  • Voice call via WhatsApp;

  • Video call on WhatsApp.

If the interview is remote, we recommend using Calendly or Google Calendars. To optimize your time, do everything through Coodesh, without having to send emails.

Creating your Calendly profile

The first step is to create an account on the platform. You can create an account for free. See the steps to follow.

  • Click on the blue button (on the upper right) on "Start";

  • Enter your email;

  • Sign up with Google or, if you prefer, create an account with a password;

  • Enable integration;

  • Create a URL for your user (it can be your email and company name, all together);

  • Set the time zone.

Now, your Calendly profile is already created. The app itself will notify you of scheduling conflicts and available times.

Setting Up Your Calendly

The next step will be to set up your Calendly.

  • Click on the button that best identifies your role;

  • Go ahead and define the type of event you want. This includes the duration, location, and its availability.

Creating Your First Meeting Invitation

  • Choose "single meeting";

  • The application will open a calendar with the dates and times free;

  • Just book the time and inform about the details of the meeting, marking, for example, that it will be held via Google Meet;

  • Your meeting is scheduled! Finally, click share link.

  • You can also create a new event by entering the name of the event, customizing the invitation, and sharing the meeting link.

    • Go to create (on the blue button at the top right);

Inviting for an interview at Coodesh

Now, just use the personalized link of your meeting and forward it to the candidate.

  • To do so, click on the person's name in the application area of the platform.

  • Then choose the type of contact;

  • Set "invite for interview";

  • Lastly, paste the meeting link (created in Calendly) into the "Interviewer's Online Agenda Link" field on the Coodesh platform. The candidate will receive the invitation, and you can bring the meeting/interview at the scheduled time.

How to create an interview link using Google Calendar

Another recommended option is Google Calendar. When you create a meeting, the person receives the invitation in the email. But it is also possible to send the invitation link through Coodesh to avoid any mistake or forgetfulness.

So, follow the following step-by-step instructions on your computer:

  • Sign in to Google Calendar and sign in with your account;

  • Click on "create" in the upper left corner;

  • Go to "event";

  • The application will open a window, so you need to add a title, enter the day and time, add the email of the invited person, click on "add Google Meet video conference and save;

  • Automatically, the application will generate a link;

  • Copy the link to the clipboard and paste it into the Coodesh platform (following the same procedure as above);

  • Don't forget to click the "save" button before leaving.

The tech recruiter can also count on a feature to autocomplete the message field to the candidate.

If you want to invite the candidate to an interview, for example, follow the following procedure:

  • Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right corner;

  • Log in to "my account". Thus, a screen will open with "edit profile";

  • Enter the link of your calendly and save;

  • With your profile updated, go to the profile of the chosen candidate;

  • Click on the "Contact us" button;

  • Choose the type of contact. You can, as in the example, invite them to an interview;

  • The body of the email will already be filled in. Just click "send".


If you prefer, you can leave your calendar on Google in public mode. That way, others on your team will be able to see when you're busy or available.
