How to add recruiters to manage your vacancy and change your permissions

In order for other people in your company to have permission to access the vacancy, let's go to the company profile "Manage Company".

You'll see three tabs: "About the Company," "Responsible," "Permissions," and "Finance." You will need to access the permissions tab.

In the "Users" field, just enter the email of the employee you want to grant the permission and the "permissions" field, you will define which ones they can have access to.

They can be:

  • "receive notifications": the person will receive an email notification whenever there is an activity in the vacancy, such as a new application or update;

  • "edit vacancy": when the invited person can make changes in any field of the vacancy;

  • "Edit Company": Allows the person to make changes to the company's profile.

  • "Edit permissions": Allows the person to update the permissions that are already associated with the jobs and add new ones.

  • "Match notification": the person will receive a notification from the platform in the email whenever a candidate is sent for final evaluation by the company.

After setting the permissions, click on the blue "save" button.

The person on your team will receive an email notifying you of the invitation, and can access it with their account on the platform or, if they don't have it yet, they can create an account and have access to the vacancies.
