1- Access your Plan and Billing screen on your Desktop:
2- Click on the Request button in the Cancel Plan option:

An important notice: The credits for unlocking evaluation results still available on the platform will continue with their respective validity in the contract and can be used until the validity period ends.
In addition, your company will be moved to the FREE plan on the platform.
