After your employee answers the soft skills test, you will return to the big picture on the Soft Skills screen and will be able to view: employee name, test type (DISC model), assessment status (if available or blocked) and the respective actions.

Click on the lock to unlock the result, after the candidate has finalized, and thus be able to check the result.

By clicking on the preview icon in the row of the employee's name, you will have access to the result of the behavioral test. From there, you can use the result to support the PDI (Individual Development Plan) or other actions.
