Creating Diagnostics
Updated over a week ago

To create a diagnosis, simply click on the create diagnosis button (which is just below the semi-annual chart).

From there, you must populate the popup with the name of the diagnosis (example: Frontend) and write a description, such as Diagnostics of the HTML Frontend team.

The next step is to define the skills that will be evaluated, listing the languages, frameworks, methodologies and standards most used by the team, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, Scrum, among others. For this, it is very important to be aligned with the team's technical manager so that the elements are compatible with the occupation.

It is recommended to add up to 20 skills per role. If you've added a skill you no longer want, click the trash can icon that's on the same line as the tech name to remove the skill. But if everything is correct, go to save on the button in the upper area of the page.

Right above, in the name of the activity, you can click on edit the title of the diagnosis, if you wish. After editing, click save again, as saving is not automatic.

Ready! Your diagnosis is already created, and you can move on to the next phase.
