Daily search limit and Sourcing credit costs

Learn how many searches of the Coodesh base each user can start a day and how many credits each Sourcing action uses.

To keep Sourcing usage predictable and in line with your contract, your company's plan sets two controls: a daily search limit per user on the Coodesh base and the credit cost of each action.

What this solves for you

  • Predictable Sourcing usage throughout the month.

  • Usage spread across the team, so one person doesn't use up everyone's capacity.

  • Transparency: the screen shows how many searches you have made and when the next one frees up.

Daily search limit

  • Sets how many new searches on Active Search on Coodesh each user can start in 24 hours. Each person on the account has their own limit.

  • Every new search of the Coodesh base counts, whether it starts from text, a job, a file or manually selected filters.

  • What doesn't count: refining a search you already made (answering questions, changing criteria or filters) and searching My Talent Pool.

  • Invites have no daily limit: they depend only on credits.

  • The window is rolling: each search becomes available again 24 hours after it was made. There is no reset at midnight. Deleting a search does not give the slot back.

What the screen shows

In Find Talents, next to the credits, the Daily search limit shows how many searches you have made (for example, 3/10 searches today) and when the next search frees up.

When you reach the limit, the button to search the Coodesh base becomes unavailable, and the screen tells you when a search becomes available again. Meanwhile, you can refine the searches you already made, search My Talent Pool and invite the talents you found.

Credit cost

Credit charges depend on your company's plan. To learn your plan's terms, talk to sales.

  • Invite on Active Search on Coodesh: charged only on the first invite of each person, which unlocks the full profile. Inviting the same person again uses no credits.

  • Invite from My Talent Pool: usually uses no credits. If your plan charges for it, it is also charged only on the first invite of each person.

  • Person in the shortlist: each profile Coodesh links to the shortlist uses credits. If the profile is removed before delivery, the credit comes back.

If an invite fails, the credit comes back and no credit is used. Searching uses no credits. Your plan's values show when you invite and when you request a shortlist, and every credit used shows in Settings › Usage.

Where this is set

The limit (Talent searches a day) and the costs (Sourcing credit costs) show under Contract, Plan and Billing and are set by the Coodesh team according to your contract. To learn or adjust the terms, talk to sales.
