Understand DISC profiles
Updated over a week ago

With the behavioral test result in hand, you should analyze the results.

The screen features a colored bar with the proportion of each profile in the construction of the employee's personality.

It is worth remembering that the tests are performed using the DISC methodology and indicate the predominance of one (or more) of the four behavioral profiles defined by the method. See what they are:

  1. Analyst

  2. Communicator

  3. Executor

  4. Planner

For example: the employee John is, at the time of the evaluation, with a profile:

  • 53% planner;

  • 31% analyst;

  • 14% executor;

  • 2% communicator.

Check out a brief summary of each of them below.

Analyst

Professionals with the Analyst profile are perfectionists, like to follow rules, read documentation, comply with standards and seek efficiency. They excel in projects that need to use research, thesis elaboration and in-depth studies.

Communicator

Employees with a Communicator profile are ideal for dealing with people, standing out in roles such as salesperson. They have outstanding interpersonal communication skills and are able to connect with other professionals quickly and efficiently.
