In your authenticated environment, go to your user menu in the upper right corner (where your name + photo is) and choose the Edit Profile option.
Click Upload image;
Select your photo in .jpeg or .png format;
Click Save.
We recommend that you use a photo in your Recruiter profile to make the experience of contacting candidates more humanized. The response rate to interview invitations also increases considerably when recruiters use photos on their profiles.
