Compare results across cycles
Each cycle keeps what it applied and what people answered. That lets you compare a person or the team from one cycle to the next, even if a map or a question changed along the way.
A person's map
In the skill map results, open a person's result. The Cycle picker shows the map of each cycle they took part in, and Before cycles shows the map answered outside them. In Compare with, pick another cycle to see, skill by skill, each level and the difference. New skills, skills that left the map and changes in the expected level are marked.
The cycle picker also applies to the radar and to the skills matrix export, which gets a Cycle column.
The team from one cycle to the next
The cycle's Evolution tab compares the maps of a step with those of a closed cycle. For each skill you see the average level of who answered and the share of people at or above the expected level, in both cycles, and the difference. While the cycle is open, the numbers are today's and freeze at the closing. In a continuous cycle, the comparison is between rounds.
What each cycle applied
The Applied content tab shows, by step, the map or the assessment questions as they were applied, revision by revision, with how many people got each revision. The Previous cycle column says what is the same, what changed, what is new and what left.
Assessments by cycle
In an assessment's results, the Cycle column and the Cycle filter split the attempts of each cycle, and the Before cycles filter shows those taken outside them. An attempt of a cycle still open has the in an open cycle badge.
If a question changed after it was applied in the cycle, the person's answer shows the version they answered, with a notice and a button to see the current version. AI grading also uses the criteria of the applied version, and the history warns when the model or the criteria changed from one cycle to the next.
A person's history
Cycle history opens a drawer with one column per cycle the person took part in and three tabs: Profile, Map and Assessments. You get there from the person's name in the cycle's People tab, from the endorsement, from the attempts history in the results and from the person's profile.
In the Map tab, each skill shows the level of each cycle, the expected level and up or down arrows, marked endorsed when the level was endorsed.
In the Assessments tab, each row is an assessment and each column a cycle, with the score. Click a column of the Profile tab to see what changed from that cycle to the one before.
