Skills can be created directly within a career, on the Skills tab. Make sure you have at least one category created, then click Add skill + > Create new skill.
Filling in the Skill
The creation form displays the following fields:
Title (required) — the skill name, shown in positions and in the skills map.
Description (required) — a general explanation of what the skill involves, regardless of level.
Levels (required) — each skill needs at least one level to be saved.
Adding Levels
Click + Add level to include a new level for the skill. For each level you can fill in:
Level description — what is expected of the professional at that proficiency level.
Examples — practical cases that illustrate how the skill is applied at that level. Click Add + to insert each example individually.
Generate with AI
Instead of writing manually, click ✨ Generate to have artificial intelligence automatically create the description and examples for the level based on the skill's name and context. The generated content can be reviewed and adjusted before saving.
Language Selector
In the top right corner of the form there is a language selector. If your career supports multiple languages, you can switch between them to fill in the title, description, and examples for each level in each language separately.
