If you have questions or need help while using the platform, you can contact support directly from the interface.
How to Access Support
In the bottom right corner of any screen on the platform, you'll find a blue button with a chat icon. Click it to open the support panel.
The panel has three tabs:
Home — main screen with a welcome message and quick access to help options.
Messages — history of conversations with support.
Help — access to the help center with articles and answers to the most common questions.
Sending a Message
On the Home tab, click How can we help? to start a conversation with the support team. Describe your question or issue and wait for the team's response.
