The InHire integration sends the Coodesh assessment when a candidate enters a stage you choose, and returns the result to their card as a comment and a tag. Your team keeps working on InHire, with no reports copied by hand.
Who can set it up
On Coodesh, anyone allowed to manage integration keys. On InHire, the account owner, who creates the API user the integration uses.
Before you start: create the API user on InHire
On InHire, the account owner goes to Configurações > Usuários de API > Adicionar Usuário.
Keep the e-mail and password it generates.
Keep two-step verification off for this user. Coodesh signs in with it automatically and cannot answer a second factor.
Also note your account subdomain: for yourcompany.inhire.app, the subdomain is yourcompany.
How to connect on Coodesh
Go to Settings > Integrations and click New Key. See also Integration keys.
Name the key and choose InHire as the Provider.
Under InHire settings, fill in the subdomain, e-mail and password of the API user.
In Stage that sends the test, enter the exact name of the InHire stage, such as Teste Técnico.
Optionally, fill in Stage after the test: the candidate is moved there once they finish the assessment.
Click Save and continue.
When you save, Coodesh checks the login on InHire and starts following the chosen stage. If something is wrong, the message on screen tells you why.
Link each job to an assessment
For Coodesh to know which assessment to send, add the InHire job ID to the assessment:
Open the assessment on Coodesh and go to Settings > Integrations.
In Job ID, paste the InHire job ID.
Save. The assessment must be published.
Tip: when a candidate enters the stage of a job with no linked assessment, Coodesh leaves a comment on their card with the job ID.
What shows up on InHire
When the candidate enters the stage, they get the invite by e-mail and the card gets a comment saying so, with a link to follow up on Coodesh.
Someone who already started or finished the assessment is not invited again. The comment says so.
When the candidate finishes, the card gets a comment with the score, the result of each test, suspicious activity and the report link.
The candidate gets the tag Coodesh: teste concluído. If the integrity analysis shows medium or high risk, they also get Coodesh: atenção à integridade.
If you set a stage after the test, the candidate is moved to it.
